We tailor surveys to meet your needs. If you only plan to replace a ceiling or take down a wall we can investigate those areas only saving you the cost of a full refurbishment or demolition survey for the whole building.

Our consultant can discuss your proposals and review the scope of works to determine which areas of the building will need to be surveyed.

In some cases it may be possible to determine alternative routes around asbestos materials which may result in a substantial overall project cost saving.

We will attend your site and collect samples of any suspect materials for laboratory analysis.
